Front Office Staff

Sharon, our Scheduling Coordinator, has been in the dental field for over 14 years. “I enjoy working in an atmosphere where team members all share the common goal of providing excellent care for our patients,” she says. She also derives satisfaction from working with high-fear patients and helping to calm them and change their attitudes about dentistry. Sharon was born and raised in Seattle but spent several years in California before returning to the Northwest. Sharon is married with three children and enjoys spending time with family, cooking, reading, and scrapbooking.

Marci has been in the dental field for 20 years with some time off along the way when her children were younger. As Financial Coordinator, she handles all insurance billing and patient accounts for the office. She works with patients to help them achieve their goals. Marci’s favorite aspect of dentistry is participating as an active team member in a practice grounded in exceptional, compassionate patient care. She enjoys establishing a positive rapport with patients. Marci has lived in many places, but she especially loves living in Washington State with its natural beauty, mountains, and water. She has lived in Monroe for 16 years and has two children. Marci’s passions include rock climbing, reading, and conversation with friends.

Hygienist

Reena has worked in the dental field for nine years. She enjoys the relationships that she establishes with her patients and the feeling of knowing she has made a difference in their health and well-being. “My favorite aspect of patient care is when trust has been established and a fearful patient is transformed into a relaxed, confident one,” she says. Reena was raised in the Everett area. She is married and the mother of two children. She enjoys home improvement projects, painting, sewing, and spending time outdoors with her family.

Dental Assistants

Marianne graduated from dental assisting school in 1997 and has been working with Dr. Yashar ever since. She likes dentistry because every day offers a challenge. She also enjoys the teamwork and camaraderie in our office. Marianne says she "enjoys helping patients to understand the state of their dental condition and how it correlates to their overall health and well being." Marianne is both organized and creative, and she brings many good ideas to our team meetings. She grew up in Snohomish and currently lives with her family on the outskirts of Monroe. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys snowmobiling and golf. One of Marianne's favorite accomplishments is reaching the summit of Mt. Adams in 1997.

Dina has been in the dental field for over eight years, and she loves what she does. She enjoys dentistry because it allows her an opportunity to help make a difference in people’s lives. “Whether it’s helping someone smile again or just helping to relieve someone’s pain, it’s a rewarding career,” she says. Dina takes pride in helping people with dental fears to enjoy their visit and to let go of the fear of dentistry. Dina is a native Washingtonian and enjoys the outdoors, music, reading, traveling, and most of all, sunny days.
